2024 Singapore Knee Preservation Symposium

Singapore is renowned for its rich diversity in ethnicity, culture, and language. We were honored to be invited by the Singapore Knee Preservation Society to share Taiwan's experience in using 3D-printed, patient-specific instruments (PSI) to enhance knee preservation surgeries. Our discussions focused on the promotion, technical exchange, and future development of knee preservation techniques across Taiwan, China, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.

In an era characterized by increased life expectancy and a growing emphasis on quality of life, there is a strong consensus that extending joint longevity and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are of utmost importance. Knee preservation surgery is set to become an indispensable component, particularly with the potential broad application of cell therapy in the future.
