Stakeholder Engagement
Communication Channels
Grievance & Whistleblower
Stakeholders refer to individuals or entities affected by the company's operations, products, or services. The company identifies its stakeholders and responds to their reasonable expectations and interests.
Our key stakeholders include shareholders (investors), employees, customers, medical institutions, suppliers, industry associations, and government authorities. We are committed to maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders through both internal and external communication.
Based on the issues of concern to each stakeholder group, we assign relevant responsibilities to corresponding departments and incorporate them into their work plans. Environmental trends, regulatory changes, and other emerging issues are also addressed through cross-departmental coordination.
To meet stakeholder expectations, the company uses various communication channels to ensure effective engagement and smooth information flow. The management team regularly reviews and provides feedback on these communications, using the insights gained to guide future improvements and strategic planning.
Dear Stakeholders, in addition to the contact methods above, you may use this reporting mailbox to inform the Company of your concerns. Thank you!

Reporting Mechanism Overview:
| 1. In accordance with Article 23 of our Code of Ethical Conduct, the company has established an independent reporting mailbox for internal and external parties to report any suspected violations of integrity or ethical behavior. |
| 2. Reports submitted via this email will be received directly by the Independent Director. After initial review and screening, the Independent Director will forward the case to the appropriate internal unit for investigation and response. The outcome of the investigation will be reviewed and approved by the Independent Director before being communicated back to the whistleblower. |
| 3. Reports should include the following information: |
| (1) The whistleblower’s name, and reachable contact information (address, phone number, and email). |
| (2) The name of the accused party or sufficient identifiable information. |
| (3) Specific facts and evidence to support the claim. |
| 4. The company strictly maintains the confidentiality of all whistleblowers and reported content, and is committed to protecting whistleblowers from any retaliation or unfair treatment as a result of their reports. |
| 5. If the reported issue involves a Director or senior executive and is found, upon investigation, to constitute a material violation or pose a risk of significant loss to the company, a formal report will be submitted to the Independent Director without delay. |
| 6. If the report is substantiated and the accused party is found to have violated any applicable laws or the company’s integrity policies, the company will immediately require the individual to cease such behavior and will take appropriate action. Legal proceedings may be initiated to seek damages, if necessary, to protect the company’s reputation and interests. |
| 7. The designated internal unit will report the case details, handling process, and follow-up improvement measures to the Chairperson and submit it to the Board of Directors. |
| 8. Anonymous reports are generally not accepted, unless the case is deemed to be of sufficient importance. In such cases, the company may still initiate an internal investigation and take appropriate action to improve its procedures. |
