Future Personalized: Patient-Specific Instrument (PSI) and Technology-Enabled Advancements in Orthopedics

Aplus Biomedical and the Aclub (Taiwan Medical Device Innovation & Development Association) recently co-hosted a successful international symposium in Malaysia, focusing on precision medicine and the development of patient-specific implants tailored for Asian populations. The event brought together orthopedic professionals from both Taiwan and Malaysia to exchange clinical insights and explore the future of PSI technology in surgical applications.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our co-organizers: Malaysian Orthopaedic Association, Sunway Medical Centre, and Docquity. With strong in-person and virtual participation from Malaysian clinicians, the event deepened regional understanding of PSI implementation and opened new opportunities for cross-border collaboration in precision healthcare.

As we move forward, we are excited to work more closely with partners across Southeast Asia to develop patient-centered orthopedic solutions for the region.
