While our contracts with key suppliers currently do not include specific clauses related to corporate social responsibility (CSR), we reserve the right to evaluate and consider terminating or dissolving the contract if a supplier is found to be in serious violation of CSR policies with significant environmental or social impact.

All suppliers must undergo a standardized qualification process before being approved as qualified vendors. For materials intended for implantation in the human body, batch-by-batch production and inspection records must be provided for traceability purposes. Each incoming shipment must pass quality inspection before being accepted into inventory; any non-compliant items will be rejected and returned.

 Regular evaluations and on-site audits are conducted for suppliers. Cooperation with any supplier that fails to meet our standards will be terminated immediately.
